Privacy Policy — Owely

Owely does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data.
What we collect: nothing.
The app has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We have no ability to see your information, because it never reaches us.
Where your data lives
Every bill, amount, due date, note, and setting you enter is stored only on your device. It is not backed up to us, synced to a cloud, or shared with anyone.
Bank connections: none
Owely never connects to your bank and never asks for banking credentials. If you use the CSV import feature, the file is read on your device, processed on your device, and discarded. It is never uploaded anywhere.
Permissions
Owely may ask for notification permission (to remind you about due dates) and Face ID or fingerprint access (to lock the app, if you turn that on). Both are optional and both operate entirely on your device.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes all of your data. We keep no copy, because we never had one.
Children
Owely is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
